PWOB wishes to acknowledge the great generosity of those businesses which offer their support of the treatment of cardiac disease in underserved areas throughout the world through the charitable donation of goods and services.

Please be aware that Sorin Group primarily directs its charitable support to Bambini Cardiopatici nel Mondo, which provides pediatric cardiac surgery in developing countries. Therefore, local Sorin Group subsidiary charitable contributions are very limited.
Applications for product donation our reviewed by a corporate compliance committee on a regular basis.
Requests for product donation are reviewed by the Medtronic Structural Heart Office of Medical Affairs on a regular basis.
Part of Medtronic's role is to support medical conferences, charitable events such as cardiac missions, and research and public education programs.
Requests can take up to 60 days to process and are only available to registered 501 (C) (3) groups.
