Keynote: Building a High Reliability Team: The Importance of Community and Collaboration, Thoralf M Sundt, MD
Don't miss this keynote session where we will review our journey building a High Reliability Team culture, both in theory and in practice. While our strategy and tactics are surely neither unique or original, we hope that our story — the good and the bad — will help attendees consider lessons applicable to their environments. And we encourage the attendees to teach us as well!
