Attention Peds programs

Hello All, I hope you are well. I have 3 questions for you all about peds ECMO.

1. Do you use centrifugal pumps for patients of all sizes, including neo-nates? How do you regulate flow to the patient while remaining at appropriate RPM on centrifugal pump?

2. Do you use CRRT in-line for your patients less than 5kg?

3. If you do use CRRT on patients less than 5kg with a roller pump. What do you do to over-come the alarm restrictions?

Thank you in advance! I look forward to hearing from you all.
