Position: Sr Medical Education Program Manager – Cardiac Surgery
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Remote
Description: We are hiring a creative and passionate Sr Medical Education Program Manager to lead the strategic selling and education strategy of the extracorporeal therapy product portfolio within our Cardiac Surgery business globally. Leverage your training & education, program management and selling skills experience to develop and deliver training curriculum to our customers and existing employees across the globe.
Requirements: Must Have: Minimum Requirements: •You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a field sales, clinical, training or technical role (5 years with Advanced Degree) •Cardiac Surgery product or therapy knowledge
Nice to Have:
•Advanced Degree
•Program management experience
•Experience instructing and facilitating clinical education, ideally in the cardiac surgery space
•Experience in the design and development of clinical education and training materials
•Instructional design and curriculum development experience
•Ability to establish and grow relationships with HCP thought leaders
•Savvy in computer, multi-media and networking skills
•Patient care experience as a Physician, CCP, PA-C, ARNP, RN, RCIS, RT, CST and/or experience with Echocardiography, Computed Tomography, and X-Ray Angiography
