The Pediatric and Congenital Cardiovascular Perfusion (PCCP) Fellowship offered by Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas City is currently recruiting the 2016-2017 Fellow. The PCCP Fellowship is a 12-month (July 1-June 30) post-graduate training program with a comprehensive clinical and academic curriculum focusing on congenital heart disease and extracorporeal intervention. Emphasis is also placed on research, publication, quality improvement, and leadership in health services. Clinically, the Fellow performs a variety of pediatric cardiovascular perfusion cases. Academically, the Fellow earns a graduate certificate in Pediatric & Congenital Cardiovascular Perfusion from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine.
