As the Clinical Program Manager RN, you will be ensuring the best in class patient care and effectiveness of our Pulmonary Diagnostic EMCO program. Dell Children’s Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Program is the only pediatric ECMO program in the Greater Austin Area.

Dell Children's Medical Center is a magnet hospital. Only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma, Level IV NICU, Epilepsy Level IV, and  Quality Respiratory Care Recognition award recipient. Join our team and be on the fore of transformative healthcare!

Work Schedule: Full Time
Day, Flexible Hours

Requirements:

Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.

Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives.
Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinate work.
Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.

referred Work Experience:

Registered Nurse or RRT experience.
5 years of Critical Care experience.
2 years of advanced ECMO experience.
