Position: Autotransfusionist (PBMT)

Location:  Greensboro, NC 


Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is looking for a full time Autotransfusionist (PMBT) with a HS Diploma or GED equivalent, at least one year of college education, a college degree or a minimum of one year work experience in a medical field. Employees must pass the Peri-Operative Blood Management Technologist Certification within one year of employment and keep certification current or have an accreditation as Anesthesia Technician, Anesthesia Technologist, Paramedic, fire Technologist or Registered Nurse. New grads are welcome! This position is for Moses Cone and associated hospitals.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Perfusion Department meets quality standards, autotransfusion, and PRP according to protocol and hospital agreements.

There are also opportunities to become a Transitional Active Member for those less than a year removed from graduation from an approved accredited training program. Other options include; an Associate Membership, International Membership, Perioperative Blood Management Clinician Membership, and Student Membership.
