Re cannulation arterial using a bifurcation system !
Q how do you measure the flows in each arm? If we employ this technique we places a sterile flow probe in to our M4 monitor .
However I prefer to use a seperate pump and then have servo flows / pressures . This is to do with safety

Hi David,

As for axillary approach, we routinely use a 3/8-1/4 reducer directly into the 8mm graft and securing it with suture wire around it. We have great flow as long as no kink in the chimney.

We use straight 3/8x1/4 or 3/8x3/8 connector to fix the graft size
