We use a 3/8-1/4 connector and connect it directly to the 8mm graft. If you are using a 10mm graft a 3/8-3/8 connector works great. Tie them down with an O silk and you are good to go!

Subject: Arterial cannulation via 8mm grafts
Our institution used to the use the older style short 20Fr femoral arterial
cannulas, when cannulating 8mm chimney grafts for femoral or axillary
arteries. With these cannulas no longer available what are other
institutions using in these situations? Please feel free to respond via
the thread or email. Thank you.
