Questions about the company "Legally Mine" that was at the Quality&Outcomes mtg in Portland.

I have questions about the company "Legally Mine" that was at the Quality&Outcomes mtg in Portland, this past October. They are a company that specializes in Asset protection with these three subsets that are listed.  1) Lawsuit prevention 2)Estate Planning 3)Tax Management. Dan McNeff the owner gave a very professional presentation prior to the beginning of the lectures, that Friday morning. My question to the perfusion community is there anyone out there that has dealt with this company longer than a year? If so, are they on the up and up?  Do they help with the asset structure  using a living will, LLC's, S-Corporation  using an Alaska Holding company to protect your assets for any form lawsuits? Do they also help with tax strategies that they claim that could save thousands in taxes.? I have looked into them with the BBB and google and there are many positive responses, but it is the negative ones that make me hesitate.  Also, I do not know any of these people who gave a positive response.  I would feel better it word came from our own perfusion society with the individuals who have already hired them. If anyone out there who has dealt with them, please let me know what your thoughts are.  I do know there were many others who were also interested from that meeting.  Thank you.  Ray Keijner CCP
