TRIDENT provides 24-hour coverage, 365 days per year for all open-heart procedures on both a locum tenens and long term contract basis. Services include operation of the heart-lung machine, monitoring, autotransfusion, administering drugs as authorized and directed by physicians, ordering and maintaining supply inventories and other customary functions. Fees for services can be invoiced at a predetermined rate on both a per-case or capitated basis. TRIDENT will share risk with the hospital on long term agreements.
