Position: Staff Perfusionist

It is a growing program consisting of 2 cardiac surgeons that do 400 open heart cases annually. Liver transplants, VADs, and ECMO are also conducted at this very dynamic center. Much of the ECMO coverage is provided by our ECMO specialists. All general and vascular autotransfusion cases are done by our PBMT’s.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules. Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, health care team members, patient and families. Must have bachelor’s or master’s degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or eligible to become certified after one year of employment.
