The Position and Team
Join our 4 Perfusionist team in Everett, WA who pumps approximately 425 open heart procedures per year. Each perfusionists pumps approximately 100-125 cases per year. We support 3 surgeons currently but when fully staffed it would be 4 surgeons. We pump all adult cases to include - CABG, Valve, Minimally Invasive AVR/MVR, Aortic Cases, Convergent and no ECMO. This position can offer work/life balance and the opportunity to join a strong team who are very detail orientated, work very well together and are driven by quality.

Everett is a city in Washington with a population of 107,560. Everett is in Snohomish County. Living in Everett offers residents a suburban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Everett there are a lot of coffee shops and parks. Many families and young professionals live in Everett and residents tend to have moderate political views. The public schools in Everett are above average.


Position Requirements
ABCP certification is required.
New Graduates are welcome to apply. Two years minimum of experience preferred.
Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.

An Active Member shall be any perfusionist active in the practice of extracorporeal circulation technology. There are also opportunities to become a Transitional Active Member for those less than a year removed from graduation from an approved accredited training program. Other options include; an Associate Membership, International Membership, Perioperative Blood Management Clinician Membership, and Student Membership.
