Position: Clinical Perfusionist

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas

Description: We have an immediate opening for a full-time and/or part-time staff perfusionist in the Mid-Cities area. This position will be in an all adult practice with cases being done at seven community hospitals located in the suburbs between Dallas and Fort Worth.

Our clinical cases typically include: CABG (some off pump), valve replacement, occasional aortic repair, infrequent ECMO (insertion only), auto-transfusion, and some platelet get.

The successful candidate will join as an associate partner and will be afforded an opportunity to join equally as the 4th partner for a full time partnership in the next two years. Salary/income is earned on a fee per case basis.

Requirements: The ideal applicant will have experience but exemplary recent graduates will be considered.  Board certification and a Texas Perfusionist License will be required.

AmSECT Membership Eligibility

An Active Member shall be any perfusionist active in the practice of extracorporeal circulation technology. There are also opportunities to become a Transitional Active Member for those less than a year removed from graduation from an approved accredited training program. Other options include; an Associate Membership, International Membership, Perioperative Blood Management Clinician Membership, and Student Membership.
