Position: Assistant Professor, Midwestern University Cardiovascular Science Program

Description: The College of Health Sciences at Midwestern University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor Cardiovascular Science Program, Glendale, AZ campus.

The Glendale campus is located on a spacious 143-acre campus in Glendale, AZ and is home to the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, the College of Pharmacy, the College of Dental Medicine, the College of Optometry, the College of Veterinary Medicine and the College of Health Sciences. The Cardiovascular Science program is housed in the College of Health Sciences which also houses programs in Nurse Anesthesia, Physician Assistant Studies, Podiatric Medicine, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, and Biomedical Sciences. The University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, a Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Requirements: The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in science or a related area. The candidate should document academic experience with a record of teaching and a minimum of 5 years of perfusion clinical practice. Responsibilities include academic instruction, participation in the Practical Laboratory and Simulation Laboratory. The salary and benefits are competitive.
